Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping
We ship orders within 72 hours of credit approval, subject to stock availability. For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, we will not ship orders unless all billing information is correct. Please make sure that the billing information you have provided matches your credit card issuing bank's records. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. But if for any reason you are not satisfied to get a full refund, you will need to send us the product being refunded in a unused condition for hygiene reasons. Hijabs/clothing which are marked/stained with make-up and or smelling of perfume will not be accepted. You will also need to contact us before returning your product with the "tracking number". We will not refund the postage costs and if the product is being returned is used or returned to us in a very bad condition we will send it back to you with additional postage costs.
We do not do returns on Kufis due to hygienic reasons. Even though you say you never wore the Kufi we have no proof of that. All Kufi sales are Final once purchase has been made.
Any lost damaged or stolen items during shipment are not the responsibility of the seller.
No cancellations after product has been purchased, delivery through US postal service unless other requested...any lost damaged or stolen items during shipment are not the responsibility of the seller. Products once recieved have a 3 day return policy minus shipping charges.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a refund on the product. We do not refund shipping costs. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to be issued. We do not exchange items, we only issue refunds for returned items.
Please note that due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings, the colors shown in the photograph may not correspond 100% to those in the items themselves.
Returns can only be accepted for unused/untailored items with their original tags attached within 3 days of the purchase. Returns cannot be accepted for clearance merchandise or past 3 days from the day it was delivered to you.
Be sure to use delivery confirmation on your return package because Aisha's Muslim Clothing Store is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please, DO NOT over stuff the packages to save on postage because it destroys the merchandise. If merchandise is intentionally damaged by the customer we will ship the items back to you for you to keep and no refund will be issued.
